Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical pre-construction activities including design constructability, procurement, and budget planning
• Oversee electrical system installations such as substations, transformers, switchrooms, MV & LV, and life safety systems
• Manage and supervise electrical subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers on-site
• Oversee the commissioning process and electrical system testing to ensure operational readiness
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the construction team for electrical issues
• Monitor project progress against schedules and budgets, managing cost overruns or delays
• Conduct site safety audits and ensure compliance with building codes and health and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Several years of experience in electrical project management on construction sites
• Specific experience working on data center construction projects
• Expertise in HV/MV/LV, substations, switchgear, and energy management systems
• Experience in Owner’s Representation and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Frankfurt

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED
