Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes
• Develop and manage project execution plans, including manpower, materials, and equipment coordination
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and profitability
• Manage change orders from identification through approval and billing
• Support hiring, training, and performance management of project personnel
• Ensure all work meets contract requirements and company quality standards

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of construction project management principles
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, manpower, and subcontractors
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
