About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple multi-trade projects with an emphasis on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and IT systems.
  • Gather and review customer requirements to define project scope, budget, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with IT and Logistics departments to identify risks, deficiencies, and potential remedies.
  • Oversee facility work orders and review proposed changes to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Review electrical drawings and riser diagrams to ensure circuit capacity and design integrity.
  • Manage planned and unplanned site outages and provide regular updates to the USG.
  • Brief a wide range of stakeholders, from tradespeople to C-suite executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project management documentation and records.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
  • BA degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10–13 years of experience.
  • Proven experience briefing senior C-suite-level clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and oversee facilities-related budget execution.
  • Extensive experience working with secure power systems and facility management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Licensed Master Electrician in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC.
  • Experience managing ODNI facilities projects with high-level visibility.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, or Access.
  • Knowledge of industry tools such as BUILDER, Bluebeam, ServiceNow, or ARCHIBUS.
