Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and construction of electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget and on time
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure seamless project delivery
• Oversee project finances, including revenue, costs, and cashflow, while identifying opportunities to maximise profitability
• Promote a strong safety, health, and wellbeing culture, ensuring full compliance with Kier policies and statutory regulations
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through clear communication

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in leading operational construction projects with a strong understanding of design and build processes
• Professional membership (such as CIOB or RICS) or actively working towards it
• Valid CSCS and SMSTS qualifications
• Strong commercial awareness and a commitment to health, safety, and risk management
• Proven IT competency and expertise in construction planning and methods
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to influence at all levels
