Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire planning process in the field of electrical engineering
• Lead project teams independently and solution-oriented through all electrical planning phases of building construction projects
• Perform planning activities within an integral team supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Represent the company to clients, authorities, and executing companies
• Collaborate closely with all specialist departments (architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, construction management) and external planners
• Support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal focusing on climate-neutral and sustainable building planning

Requirements

• Completed technical training or degree in building services engineering (FH, HF, or specialist certificate)
• Several years of professional experience in electrical planning and specialist construction management for medium to large projects
• Experience in leading project teams and supporting the development of junior employees
• Knowledge of Auto-CAD or Revit is ideal
• Strong interest in resource efficiency and sustainability
• Analytical thinking, creative and independent working style, and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills (English is an advantage)
