Electrical Project Engineer - Programming/Control Systems

Responsibilities

• Configure control programs for industrial refrigeration equipment
• Refine contract details and oversee the creation of electrical contract drawings
• Write technical manuals explaining configured control logic
• Provide start-up support for executed contracts
• Identify and share productivity enhancements with the engineering team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5-10 years of related professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with HMI/SCADA and discrete logic
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration, panel building, and electrical drafting
• Experience with PLC programming and VBA scripting
• Familiarity with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix Standard Controllers and RSLogix 5000
• Experience with AutoCAD and Ethernet/RS-485 communications
• Exposure to XML, VB, PLC, and SCADA systems
