Electrical Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Translate electrical designs into manufacturable production processes
• Create and maintain electrical work instructions, wiring/assembly instructions, and production documentation
• Support electrical assembly activities and system integration into UAVs
• Define and implement electrical production tests including continuity, insulation, and functional testing
• Ensure traceability of measurements in compliance with aerospace quality standards
• Perform FMEAs, root cause analyses, and corrective actions for electrical failures
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Procurement
• Drive continuous process improvements and standardize assembly procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in a high-reliability production environment (aerospace, defense, or automotive)
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harnesses, and connectors
• Experience with electrical production and test environments
• Familiarity with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 or IPC-WHMA-A-620 preferred)
• Ability to work on the production floor and communicate with both engineers and operators
