Electrical PCB Technician

About the Company

Mytra is creating an entirely new way to solve the most ubiquitous problem in industry - moving and storing material. We’re applying robotics and distributed software to create a new class of product for the $1T supply chain market.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering, desoldering, and rework on complex PCBAs including fine-pitch SMD components, high pin-count connectors, and QFN/LGA packages
• Diagnose and repair damaged PCBAs to determine recoverability through inspection of parts, pads, traces, and connectors
• Support assembly/subassembly testing in the lab and assist with troubleshooting and failure analysis
• Assemble, modify, and test prototype electronic/mechanical assemblies and fixtures
• Design and prototype simple fixtures/tooling to assist with assembly and rework processes
• Document rework actions for common failure modes and maintain rework/soldering tools and ESD controls

Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in electronics soldering and PCBA rework
• Strong proficiency with microscopes and hot-air/reflow tools
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, board layouts, assembly drawings, and rework instructions
• High attention to detail and strong quality standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• IPC certification or equivalent professional training
• Experience supporting R&D, robotics, or high-reliability electronics programs
