Electrical Panel Assembler II

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and sub-assemblies
• Perform point-to-point wiring using electrical schematics and wire run lists
• Install components into electrical enclosures
• Integrate power supplies, chassis, cables, and electrical sub-assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, bills of materials (BOMs), and electrical drawings
• Use hand and power tools including crimpers, wire strippers, torque wrenches, and screwdrivers
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Support new product builds and assist in knowledge transfer to team members
• Maintain high workmanship and quality standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of electrical assembly or panel wiring experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience with electrical hand tools and assembly equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and in team environments
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
