Electrical Owner's Representative

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical pre-construction activities including design constructability, procurement, and budget planning
• Oversee electrical construction activities to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Supervise electrical system installations including substations, transformers, switchrooms, MV & LV, and life safety systems
• Manage electrical subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers on-site
• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the construction team for electrical issues
• Proactively identify and manage risks related to electrical systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical construction project management
• Proven experience in data center construction projects
• Experience in Owner’s Representation working with clients and contractors
• Proficiency in construction management software such as BIM360, Autodesk, or Primavera P6
• Strong understanding of electrical design and systems integration
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Northern Finland
