Responsibilities
- Perform general technical analysis of client documents under analyst guidance
- Manage internal requests for collection, testing, and other processes according to technical documentation
- Support client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp to update process status or request technical clarifications
- Update controls and systems in accordance with established procedures
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a higher education degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic English skills
