Electrical Methods Engineer/Technician

Responsibilities

• Write and update instruction sheets (FI) for pre-wiring and assembly workshops based on 3D plans and technical specifications
• Calculate method times (takt time) to optimize production processes
• Analyze plans and supplier data to anticipate needs for tooling, materials, and workstations
• Adapt documents following electrical configuration or design evolutions
• Identify blocking points and propose corrective solutions regarding processes, tooling, and documentation
• Verify compliance of method documents with CAF and client standards
• Contribute to modification traceability and documentary quality improvement

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with MS Visio
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 R19
• Experience with ENOVIA™/DMA
• Experience with SAP (R3 or higher)
• Ability to read technical plans
• Experience in assembly instruction analysis and process impact analysis
• Knowledge of Gemba Walk, 5S, PDCA, and VA/NVA methods
