Electrical Mechanical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance and repair technicians involved in electromechanical systems
• Oversee the installation of new equipment to ensure it is operational and meets specifications
• Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of electromechanical systems to ensure optimal performance
• Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules for all equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to manage projects and ensure timely completion
• Report and document maintenance activities, troubleshooting steps, and issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical systems maintenance
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of electromechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and schematics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields
