Electrical Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful electrical side of site builds for Mobile Wireless projects
• Monitor technical queries and issues raised by engineers and office support teams
• Evaluate engineer performance and provide assistance within the project team
• Ensure on-time completion of sites according to client SLAs
• Maintain real-time progress and daily/weekly client reporting
• Oversee the issue of method statements, risk assessments, Health & Safety Packs, and Quality Plans
• Sign off prepared handover packs (HOPs)
• Manage electrical teams including personal absences and timekeeping
• Work with the Commercial team regarding impacts to site final accounts

Requirements

• Full electrical C&G qualification including inspection and testing
• 18th edition
• Evidence of people management

Preferred Qualifications

• Site-based mobile network experience
