Electrical Manager

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team of electricians and apprentices
• Oversee day-to-day electrical operations including service, repair, and installation
• Ensure all work complies with local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements
• Conduct field inspections and quality assurance reviews
• Monitor KPIs, labor productivity, revenue, and departmental profitability
• Optimize scheduling, workforce planning, and resource allocation
• Partner with leadership to develop departmental goals and growth strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience with progressive leadership
• Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and NEC
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Demonstrated business acumen managing budgets and KPIs
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a residential home service electrical department
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service management software
• Background in HVAC, plumbing, or multi-trade home service organizations
