About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, routine, and corrective electrical maintenance
- Troubleshoot and service PLCs, HMIs, drives, motors, sensors, and automation control systems
- Maintain electrical systems on extrusion lines, robots, conveyors, and power distribution equipment
- Support PLC/HMI program updates and integration with MES/SCADA systems
- Maintain documentation including electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and panel records
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout (LOTO) compliance
- Monitor electrical load and support energy-efficiency initiatives
- Participate in new machine installation, commissioning, and testing
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of experience in aluminum extrusion or aluminum surface treatment/anodizing
- Advanced-level PLC and HMI programming/design experience
- Experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, Selectric, and/or Allen-Bradley (AB) PLC systems
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English
- Willingness to work day shift or day/night rotation
