Electrical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance interventions in both high and low voltage environments
• Diagnose faults using technical analysis methods
• Provide rapid quotes and resolve issues either independently or with team support
• Advise customers on interventions and provide post-repair guidance
• Complete intervention reports and confirm job completion with the scheduling manager
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Serve residential, commercial, and tertiary clients within a 24/7 emergency response framework

Requirements

• Formal training in electricity or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Proven previous experience in a similar electrical maintenance role
• Strong customer service skills and ability to represent the company professionally
• High level of adaptability and reactivity to urgent repair requests
