Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the planning, scheduling, and safe execution of electrical maintenance activities at the Milaki Plant.
• Implement and manage the preventive maintenance program for all electrical equipment to ensure high reliability.
• Prepare weekly work orders and provide technical guidance for complex electrical issues and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate maintenance execution to ensure compliance with OHS and environmental policies while minimizing costs.
• Support the Maintenance Manager in budget elaboration, cost control, and spare parts optimization.
• Manage the electrical maintenance team, including performance monitoring, skills evaluation, and training deployment.
• Act as a PSM Champion for Electrical Safety and Energy Isolation self-assessment.
• Define and execute Capex projects to improve the plant's electrical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of electrical maintenance experience in a heavy industry environment (cement industry experience preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical schematics, MCC design, instrumentation, and PLC design.
• Hands-on experience with HV, MV, and LV electrical equipment.
• Proficiency in advanced computing applications including MS Office (MS Project), ACAD, SAP (PM, MM), and EPLAN.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, SOPs, and maintenance procedures.
