Electrical Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Pilot electrical maintenance contracts across tertiary, industrial, or infrastructure sectors
• Organize and supervise both preventive and corrective maintenance interventions
• Manage and oversee construction sites generated by maintenance operations
• Lead and support technical teams, including technicians and team leaders
• Manage scheduling, on-call rotations, and operational planning
• Monitor key performance indicators regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
• Oversee financial management, including budgets, profitability, and reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to ensure high satisfaction
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and safety rules

Requirements

• Higher education degree in electrotechnics, electrical engineering, or an equivalent field
• Significant professional experience in electrical maintenance and site management
• Proven experience in team management and operational leadership
• Strong mastery of technical, regulatory, and safety challenges
• Ability to manage on-call responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to obtain security clearance (required for work with Defense sector clients)
