Electrical Maintenance Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of up to 10 technical specialists and electrical tradespeople
• Review daily equipment performance and lead the team to achieve manufacturing excellence goals
• Implement and execute asset management plans for the plant
• Manage resources effectively to support assigned manufacturing units
• Nurture the growth and professional development of team members
• Prioritize and review future project work in collaboration with the maintenance team

Requirements

• Electrical Trade (A Grade) strongly preferred or suitable tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment
• Proven team building, leadership, and guidance skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills to deliver outcomes through others
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Frontline Leadership training
• Experience in hazardous area management
