Electrical Maintenance Intern

Responsibilities

• Build a foundation in industrial electrical engineering by managing electrical distribution assets and troubleshooting systems.
• Implement and support preventive maintenance plans within the manufacturing and distribution hub.
• Assist in procurement management and organization, following strategic plans with discipline owners.
• Manage and update technical documentation, including Single Line Diagrams (SLD), wiring diagrams, and FBDs.
• Support CMMS and MAXIMO asset data quality upgrades.
• Assist in the development of equipment spare parts databases for control valves, analyzers, and LV/MV switchgear.
• Support the development of asset control systems, such as trackers for spare and reconditioned motors.
• Collaborate with teams on running projects and planned Turnarounds (TAR).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Google Sheets or MS Excel for maintenance tracking.
• Experience utilizing AI tools for planning, workflow enhancement, or documentation management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• A proactive mindset and deep curiosity regarding heavy industrial electrical systems and safety standards.
