Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Handle shift breakdowns independently to achieve all maintenance KPIs
• Perform root cause analysis of breakdowns using standard analysis tools
• Support the preventive maintenance and project teams with new machine installations
• Conduct PLC fault finding and maintain detailed breakdown history
• Execute TPM activities (JH & PM) for production equipment to improve OEE
• Identify repetitive failures to reduce maintenance costs
• Support machine upgradation and modification using new technologies
• Apply knowledge of motor manufacturing processes including winding, welding, and EOLT

Requirements

• Diploma, BE, or BTech in Electrical Engineering
• 6-8 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Proven experience in motor manufacturing and assembly line environments
• Practical knowledge of PLC fault finding
• Familiarity with TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-yoke
• Understanding of key metrics including MTTR, MTBF, and OEE
