Electrical Maintenance Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate electrical and electronic maintenance tasks for equipment and facilities to meet established indicators.
• Provide technical advisory to the unit to support continuous improvement in production processes and special projects.
• Analyze management indicators using systems such as MAC, SAP, and PM to support decision-making and address deviations.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance tasks for major shutdowns and large-scale repairs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure facility availability within planned timelines and at minimum cost while adhering to technical specifications and zero-risk safety standards.

Requirements

• University degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within continuous production environments.
• Proven experience leading personnel.
• Intermediate level of English.
• Intermediate-advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong competencies in leadership, working under pressure, and problem-solving.
