Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical faults using technical analysis methods
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting interventions in low-voltage electricity (CFA)
• Create quick estimates (devis minute) for clients
• Resolve technical issues independently or with team support
• Advise clients on interventions and provide post-repair guidance
• Complete intervention reports and documentation at the client site
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Formal training in electricity or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance or troubleshooting
• Strong technical analysis and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• High level of adaptability and reactivity to urgent requests
