Electrical Maintenance and Troubleshooting Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical faults using technical analysis methods
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting interventions, specifically in low-voltage and low-current systems
• Create quick estimates (devis minute) for repairs
• Resolve technical issues independently or with support from colleagues
• Advise customers on interventions and provide post-repair guidance
• Complete intervention reports and documentation at the client site
• Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Formal training in Electricity or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Previous experience in a similar maintenance or troubleshooting role
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• High level of adaptability and reactivity to urgent requests
• Ability to work within a 24/7 emergency intervention framework
