About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
  • Calibrate, test, and repair pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems and instruments.
  • Diagnose equipment malfunctions, troubleshoot defects, and document failure analyses.
  • Specify, order, and install necessary components and spare parts.
  • Collect operational and historical equipment data to support reliability improvements.
  • Coordinate with planners, work coordinators, and operations to prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks.
  • Act as an informal technical resource for less experienced team members.

Requirements

  • MBO-4 diploma in a technical field (preferably Electrotechnics, Electronics, or Instrumentation) OR MBO-3 with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven relevant work experience in electrical or instrumentation maintenance.
  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Basic mechanical skills to assist within the plant environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers).
