About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve plant equipment and systems, including LV electrical distribution and process control
- Perform planned preventative maintenance and fault finding on boilers, compressors, HVAC, and utilities
- Support capital projects, including installation and commissioning activities
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and legislative standards
- Drive continuous improvement across asset care, reliability, and productivity
- Support operators and use system data to help optimize site operations
Requirements
- Time-served Electrical or Controls/Instrumentation engineer
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and instrumentation
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and P&IDs
- Proficiency with SAP maintenance systems
- Commitment to safe systems of work
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to PCS7
- Experience with functional safety systems
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
