Electrical Installer

Responsibilities

• Install, charge, and test air conditioning and auxiliary heater components
• Install and modify OEM system components
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of A/C and heater components according to federal and company standards
• Manage the charging and reclamation of refrigerants
• Ensure hazardous waste is handled appropriately and placed in proper containers
• Maintain safety, 5S, QA, and QC standards for all tasks
• Set work priorities to meet scheduled production goals

Requirements

• One year of experience as an A/C Technician
• Eligibility to complete and maintain MACS certification
• Ability to read and use metric tape measures and other measuring devices
• General knowledge of OSHA and EPA standards
• Proficiency with various pneumatic and power tools
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in environments with high heat (up to 105 degrees)
