Electrical Harness Integration Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical harness installation resources and activities for assigned projects
• Ensure high-quality electrical deliveries for each project baseline and retrofit
• Deliver harness 3D models for mechanical integration
• Manage the Electrical Harness Integration (EHI) workload, quality, cost, and delivery (QCD)
• Oversee sub-contracting management, including definition, monitoring, and acceptance
• Build and develop technical competency within the EHI team
• Apply Metier rules and processes to ensure configuration management of all deliverables

Requirements

• Engineering degree from a recognized Engineering School
• 5+ years of experience in Electronic, Electrotechnical, or Electro-Mechanical engineering
• At least 3 years of experience using Electrical CAD software
• At least 2 years of experience in team or activity management
• Fluency in English and the national language of the site
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using E3S or See One Railway
• Strong industrial and manufacturing perspective to support internal clients
