Electrical Hardware Engineering Program Specialist

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage electrical and mechanical component BOM readiness and procurement
• Develop, issue, and track Purchase Orders and Invoices for NPI materials
• Communicate with PCBA contract manufacturers to monitor material readiness and delivery schedules
• Drive mitigation strategies with component and PCB suppliers to recover build schedules
• Create reports on material readiness status, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies
• Partner with Technical Program Managers on material readiness process improvements
• Coordinate across engineering leads for budget development and track invoice status
• Manage multiple projects while prioritizing competing demands

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, and vendor management
• Direct experience with custom PCBA BOM procurement and management
• Direct experience with vendor management and logistics
• Direct experience with organizational budget management
