Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical construction, maintenance, and service projects
• Install electrical components including panels, wiring, junction boxes, and lighting
• Inspect crew work to ensure quality assurance and craftsmanship standards
• Communicate with customers to gather needs and formulate project plans
• Prepare reports and communicate updates to branch staff
• Lead workplace safety initiatives and follow electrical codes

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant electrical experience in industrial, commercial, or institutional sectors
• Ability to troubleshoot complex industrial installations
• Familiarity with instrumentation and controls
• Working knowledge of electrical codes such as NFPA and NEC
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency with Microsoft programs and email
• Ability to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 certification
