Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of electricians and electrical technicians on cooling tower projects
• Oversee field subcontractors and their work activities
• Interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Select appropriate electrical materials, including wire, conduit, and panels
• Supervise installation of conduit, cable tray, wiring, and switchgear
• Oversee termination, splicing, and connection of electrical components
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of motors, VFDs, and controls
• Lead daily and weekly safety meetings and manage job sites in the Superintendent's absence

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a foreman or lead electrician
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of U.S. Citizenship
• Ability to pass a 10-panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test
• Ability to work at heights with 100% tie-off

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Experience in industrial plant environments
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications
