Electrical Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead field crews and subcontractors on large commercial and industrial electrical projects
• Coordinate project materials, deliveries, and crew assignments
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with code, contract specs, and schedule
• Enforce safety standards and lead daily tailgate meetings
• Track and report job progress, site conditions, and crew hours
• Mentor field team members and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for inspectors, landowners, and customers

Requirements

• Journeyman License
• 5+ years of experience in a Foreman or Project Lead role
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical construction and best practices
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and installation standards
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to travel 100% regionally with overnight stays as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
