Electrical Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and guarantee the correct execution and quality of works
• Collaborate in the design and implementation of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies
• Manage material resources, inventories, orders, and tools to maximize operational efficiency
• Control billing and prepare budgets
• Ensure work quality, regulatory compliance, occupational safety, and resolution of non-conformities
• Lead, motivate, and train the team, including performance evaluation and personnel selection
• Update documentation regarding applicable regulations for client installations and equipment
• Prepare reports and work protocols

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or similar
• At least 5 years of experience in maintenance facility management
• At least 2 years of experience managing teams
