About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and guarantee the correct execution and quality of works
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies
- Manage material resources, inventories, orders, and tools to maximize operational efficiency
- Control billing and prepare budgets
- Ensure work quality, regulatory compliance, occupational safety, and resolution of non-conformities
- Lead, motivate, and train the team, including performance evaluation and personnel selection
- Update documentation regarding applicable regulations for client installations and equipment
- Prepare reports and work protocols
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in maintenance facility management
- At least 2 years of experience managing teams
