Electrical Engineer/Mechatronics Technician Commissioning

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and commissioning work on electrical, electromechanical, and electronic equipment according to specified test protocols
• Perform necessary adjustment corrections and ensure the operational readiness of rail maintenance vehicles
• Independently handle troubleshooting and rectification (electrical and mechanical)
• Conduct electrical measurements, including insulation tests, earth resistance, and bus measurements
• Maintain complete documentation and logging of all results
• Participate in test drives and final inspections before customer acceptance

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics (required)
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong German language skills
• Ability to travel occasionally for business

Preferred Qualifications

• Further training as an Industrial Master (Elektrotechnik), Technician, or equivalent
• Experience in the commissioning of rail vehicles
• Good English language skills
