Electrical Engineering Works Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Participate in the supervision of auxiliary services replacement, circuit breakers, and other various works
• Supervise works in power plants, electrical equipment, and controls
• Adopt project requirements regarding technical, environmental, quality, and safety standards
• Participate in developing supervision programs and reviewing contractor quality plans
• Ensure execution of the quality plan and compliance of works
• Complete and follow up on quality, environmental, health, and safety documentation
• Draft non-conformance reports (NC) and ensure follow-up
• Prepare reports on work progress, procurement, labor, materials, and technical defects
• Monitor technical documents using IT tools

Requirements

• DEC in electrical engineering or equivalent experience/training
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience
• Experience in construction supervision and health and safety
• Valid driver's license (Class 5) and access to a vehicle
• Valid ASP construction card
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written)
• Strong computer skills
• Rigorous, autonomous, and responsible

Preferred Qualifications

• CDST-Centrale training
• Fall protection training
• Respiratory protection training
• Lead and confined space training
