Electrical Engineering Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of technical skills within the Energy division's agencies
• Participate in the design of competency frameworks and evaluation systems
• Design and develop internal training programs for electrical engineering
• Organize and oversee the successful implementation of internal training and assessments
• Facilitate internal training sessions and provide hands-on instruction
• Monitor and update reporting and performance indicators
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up for employees working in the field

Requirements

• Bac+2/3 degree (BTS, DUT, or Licence) with a specialization in electricity
• Minimum of 7 years of professional expertise in electrical engineering
• Strong technical knowledge of both high voltage and low voltage (courant fort and courant faible)
• Ability to travel regularly across France and internationally to visit various subsidiaries
• Proven rigor, organizational skills, and strong interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in professional training or vocational instruction
• Proficiency in English
