Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence. We co-design chips, racks, software, and manufacturing to deliver best-in-class throughput and latency across both prefill and decode workloads. Our first products are heavily focused on inference.
Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, and operate electrical test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, and signal analyzers
- Collect, record, and validate electrical measurement data with accurate and traceable documentation
- Monitor live test runs and equipment performance to identify anomalies and troubleshoot issues
- Prepare test benches, fixtures, and lab environments for scheduled hardware experiments
- Organize and maintain lab logs, test databases, and results reports
- Enforce lab safety procedures and manage equipment maintenance, inventory, and calibration schedules
Requirements
- Hands-on experience executing electrical test procedures and bench setup
- Proficiency in operating standard EE lab equipment and instrument calibration
- Strong data collection and documentation habits
- Ability to monitor live electrical tests and troubleshoot signal irregularities
- Experience preparing test benches and hardware fixtures across multiple projects
- Ability to organize lab logs and databases for cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with lab safety compliance and equipment inventory management
- Exposure to PCB bring-up, power rail validation, or digital/analog signal characterization
- Experience with scripted test automation using Python or LabVIEW
