About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and test equipment to maximize uptime
  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic faults in production machinery, test fixtures, sensors, actuators, and control systems
  • Support the installation, commissioning, and requalification of new or upgraded equipment
  • Calibrate and verify measurement equipment and production test rigs to ensure traceability and specification compliance
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
  • Assist with equipment improvements to enhance reliability, safety, and maintainability
  • Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance records, fault reports, and calibration logs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Engineering Technology
  • Hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting electrical/electronic systems in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong fault-finding skills across power, control, and instrumentation circuits
  • Proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeters and oscilloscopes
  • Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Knowledge of calibration and quality procedures within a regulated environment
  • Commitment to safe work practices, including isolation and LOTO procedures
