About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and control electrical property, data, and documentation for the AvionX Defense Mission Computing team
  • Manage property, documents, and risk management for Ground Systems and integration
  • Conduct quarterly property audits and ensure equipment calibration is up to date
  • Coordinate risk management tracking and mitigation steps using specialized software tools
  • Update team documentation, including desk instructions and internal development drawing controls
  • Assist with supplier management, including make/buy recommendations and technical services
  • Use design tools to document and maintain configuration design control
  • Validate engineering system design, functionality, and test requirements

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or related certification with 2 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common web applications
  • U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with Materials Management and Inventory related to Government and Capital property
  • Experience in a manufacturing engineering or production environment
  • Aerospace-related experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and technical communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex projects
