About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain and control electrical property, data, and documentation for the AvionX Defense Mission Computing team
- Manage property, documents, and risk management for Ground Systems and integration
- Conduct quarterly property audits and ensure equipment calibration is up to date
- Coordinate risk management tracking and mitigation steps using specialized software tools
- Update team documentation, including desk instructions and internal development drawing controls
- Assist with supplier management, including make/buy recommendations and technical services
- Use design tools to document and maintain configuration design control
- Validate engineering system design, functionality, and test requirements
Requirements
- Associate's degree or related certification with 2 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common web applications
- U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with Materials Management and Inventory related to Government and Capital property
- Experience in a manufacturing engineering or production environment
- Aerospace-related experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and technical communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex projects
