Electrical Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for electrical installation on-site
• Coordination and supervision of on-site work and guidance of partner company employees
• Support in the setup and preparation of construction sites
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety measures and conducting briefings
• Ongoing technical and scheduling coordination with customers, site management, project management, construction, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and maintaining documentation
• Support during commissioning and user training

Requirements

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering (apprenticeship, technical college, or HTL)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role in electrical installation, at least as a foreman
• High willingness to travel (up to 99% for international assignments)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans
• Proficient communication skills in German and English
• Good MS Office skills
• Driving license (Class B)

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional driving permits (e.g., aerial work platforms)
• Knowledge of additional languages
