Responsibilities
- Design and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and efficiency
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement system improvements to reduce downtime
- Lead major maintenance activities, including shutdowns, upgrades, and new equipment installation/commissioning
- Analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives across maintenance operations
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality standards while mentoring and developing technical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power and Electrical machines or Mechatronics
- 4–6 years of experience in electrical maintenance in pharmaceutical, FMCG, or industrial environments
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, electrical drives, instrumentation, and control systems
- Familiarity with cGMP, ISO standards, and maintenance documentation practices
