Electrical Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise the electrical industrialization team and coordinate manufacturing and production teams on various projects.
• Perform FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to control production risks.
• Implement industry standards and best practices regarding electrical safety.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to develop global manufacturing solutions and approve electrical manufacturing concepts.
• Establish manufacturing procedures for vehicle electrification.
• Define manufacturing validation plans and conduct tests to validate methods.
• Monitor project vehicles currently in production and ensure effective communication within the manufacturing team and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in personnel management.
• Member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
• Fluency in both French and English (written and oral).
• Strong aptitude and interest in project management.
