Responsibilities

• Act as an active contributor in product development
• Help the team navigate design tradeoffs and ship high-quality products
• Scope electrical engineering work to focus on critical customer success
• Drive the team to hit program milestones and provide input to schedules
• Hire and develop talented electrical engineers
• Influence product strategy and hardware engineering functions

Requirements

• Expert in the design and production of complex electrical systems
• Experience shipping multiple products from concept through production
• Working knowledge of embedded systems and code
• Ability to communicate fluidly across technical domains
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to tie technical work to customer value
