Responsibilities

• Act as an active contributor in product development
• Help the team navigate design tradeoffs and ship high-quality products
• Scope electrical engineering work to focus on critical customer success
• Drive the team to hit program milestones and provide input to schedules
• Hire top engineering talent and support their professional growth
• Influence product strategy and hardware engineering functions

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in the design and production of complex electrical systems
• Working knowledge of embedded systems and code
• Proven track record of shipping multiple products from concept to production
• Ability to communicate fluidly across technical domains
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on customer value
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
