Electrical Engineering Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive a high-performing team of 8–10 electrical designers and engineers
• Provide technical direction and hands-on oversight to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets
• Develop and implement engineering standards, toolsets, and best practices to improve quality and efficiency
• Assess and improve engineering processes to drive productivity and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize scheduling and project execution
• Foster team development by aligning individual capabilities with business needs and providing constructive feedback
• Engage in direct engineering work when necessary to support business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
• Proven experience implementing CAD tool and vault framework standardizations
• Background in custom or semi-custom OEM equipment within low-volume, high-capital manufacturing environments
• Strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN)
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environments
