Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to maintenance technicians during corrective maintenance and perform downtime analysis to improve equipment reliability
• Develop and implement TPM standards, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM)
• Ensure achievement of maintenance department targets and consistent application of maintenance procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement of maintenance processes, technical enhancements, and efficiency improvements
• Support the preparation and implementation of maintenance processes for new projects, production transfers, and new product launches
• Participate in audits, supplier visits, and machine pre-acceptance activities while maintaining required documentation
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards regarding occupational health, safety, and environmental protection

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or process-oriented environment
• Ability to independently diagnose equipment failures and resolve technical issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, methodical approach
• Basic knowledge of SAP (creating notifications, confirming orders, and data entry)
• Good communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of industrial robots (KUKA, FANUC, Epson)
• Proficiency with EPLAN
• Experience in automation, machine commissioning, or technical improvements
