About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment performance and solve technical problems to support maintenance personnel
- Develop and implement equipment preventive maintenance plans and monitoring controls
- Plan spare parts requirements and support the purchasing department with technical specifications
- Execute equipment optimization and upgrades based on new technical requirements
- Manage new investment projects related to electrical engineering
- Engage in plant digital and frugal automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation or Mechatronics Engineering
- Over 3 years of related working experience in electrical engineering
- Proficiency in Siemens PLC and application of program analyzing with Step7/Portal
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Strong hands-on problem-solving abilities and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with C/C#/C++, LabVIEW, or other industrial control software
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
