Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design across defence, commercial, and infrastructure projects
• Manage project delivery, including programmes, financials, and client outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and identify new opportunities
• Mentor and develop engineers within the team
• Collaborate with national teams to integrate specialist capabilities into local projects

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• Strong experience within building services consultancy
• Proven leadership experience in project delivery and client management
• Australian Citizenship (essential)
• Experience working on defence or secure projects is highly regarded
