Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-reliability electronics for space-based data processing centers
• Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts using advanced ECAD tools
• Perform signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal analysis
• Manage the lifecycle of electrical components from concept through manufacturing and deployment
• Design and execute test plans for vibration, thermal cycling, and radiation environments
• Collaborate with supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize designs for manufacturability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency with ECAD software (e.g., Mentor Graphics, Altium Designer)
• Experience with PCB design, layout, and troubleshooting
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in electrical design, analysis, testing, or manufacturing
• Strong understanding of signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or eligible for authorization under U.S. export regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 3+ years of professional experience in aerospace, space, or data processing industries
• Expertise in high-speed digital, RF, and power electronics
• Proficiency in Python or C/C++ for automation and data analysis
• Experience with radiation-hardened electronics
